My doctor mentioned my liver numbers were a bit off, so I figured a daily vitamin blend couldn't hurt. Two months in and my energy levels in the afternoons have noticeably improved. The tablets are easy to swallow, which matters since I've had ones that weren't.

I take it with breakfast and the tablet is small enough that I don't dread swallowing it. The blend of trace minerals and amino acids is exactly what my doctor suggested I look for. Three weeks in, my energy in the afternoons feels steadier.
