Menopace Calcium

My bone density scan came back better than last year and I genuinely think the 700mg of calcium in these is doing the work. Two capsules a day with breakfast, no stomach trouble at all, which I can't say for the last supplement I tried.

I've been taking these since my doctor mentioned my calcium intake was low, and the 700mg per capsule is a solid dose without needing to swallow a handful of pills. Two months in, my last scan looked steady, which is honestly a relief at this stage.
