Ultra Vitamin D 400IU

Winter months here mean barely any sunlight, so these little tablets have become part of my morning routine with breakfast. The 400IU dose is exactly what the UK health guidelines recommend, which saves me squinting at labels trying to work out how much I actually need.

My GP told me to start on 400IU since I'm indoors most of the day, and this matches that exactly at 10μg per tablet. The tablets are tiny so they go down easy with just a sip of water. Two months in and my winter levels came back normal.
