Two months in and the hot flushes that used to wake me at 3am have settled right down. I like that it's just one capsule a day with red clover isoflavones and green tea extract, no fuss. Genuinely didn't expect a supplement to make this much difference.
I've been taking this for about six weeks now, one capsule with breakfast, and the hot flushes that used to hit me mid-afternoon have eased off a lot. The red clover isoflavones were what sold me over the other options, and so far it's been worth it.
