My physio suggested glucosamine gel and this one actually absorbs instead of sitting greasy on the skin. The essential oils give it a nice warming tingle that lingers a bit after I massage it into my shoulder. Two weeks in and my stiff mornings are noticeably easier.
I rub this into my knees after my morning walk and the cooling sensation from the essential oils is genuinely soothing. It absorbs fast without leaving that greasy film most gels have, and I like that the glucosamine and chondroitin are actually in there.
