I've been taking these for about two months now, mostly because my doctor suggested plant sterols for my cholesterol. My last bloodwork actually came back better, and I like that it's just two capsules a day with no weird aftertaste. The botanicals blend sealed it for me.
The plant sterols were the main reason I picked these up, since my doctor suggested adding them to my routine. Two capsules with breakfast and no aftertaste, which I was worried about. Only gripe is the bottle runs out faster than I'd like.
