Sneaking the calcium and vitamin D into my son's morning juice has been a game changer since he refuses plain milk. The liquid mixes in without any chalky texture, and his pediatrician was happy with where his levels are at now.
My 7 year old actually asks for this every morning, which never happens with supplements. Only thing is the bottle gets a bit sticky around the cap after a few weeks, but the calcium and vitamin D combo makes it worth it.
