I'm a college student juggling labs and intramural soccer, so the range of vitamins and minerals in these tablets fits my schedule better than a shelf full of separate bottles. Two months in, I'm not crashing as hard after afternoon practice.

Been taking one with breakfast before early practice and I've actually noticed I'm less wiped out by mid-afternoon. The tablets are small enough to swallow without gagging, which was my main worry. Two months in and I'm still ordering them.
