Not the most pleasant taste, but it dissolves quickly in a glass of water and I've noticed my energy levels are better after a few weeks. Good way to top up iron without swallowing another tablet.

Took about a week of daily use before I noticed I wasn't dragging through the afternoons anymore. The tablets dissolve quickly in a glass of water, no gritty bits left at the bottom. Wish the tube came with a scoop though, I keep guessing the right amount.
