Two months in and my knees no longer ache on the stairs. Swallowing a tablet daily is easy enough since it goes down with just a sip of water.

The tablets are on the large side and I have to take two a day, which gets tedious. Not sure I've noticed much difference in my joints after a month, but it's easy enough to stick with since it covers both glucosamine and chondroitin in one pill.
