オステオケア リキッド

The orange flavour actually tastes good, not chalky like I expected from a liquid supplement. My mum's been taking it daily for a few weeks and finds the spoon easy to measure, which matters since she's not great with pills.

I've struggled to swallow big calcium tablets for years, so this liquid is a game changer for me. The orange flavour is genuinely pleasant, not chalky at all, and it's nice getting the magnesium, vitamin D and zinc in the same spoonful.
