These actually taste like real strawberries, not chalky vitamins, so I don't dread taking them every morning. Two gummies before bed and I'm waking up less stiff in my legs after the gym. The texture's a bit firm but nothing that ruins it.
I've been taking two of these before bed for about three weeks and my leg cramps at night have mostly stopped. Only gripe is they're a bit sticky in the jar, but the strawberry flavour is genuinely nice.
