Two months postpartum and my hair was shedding in handfuls, so I started taking these daily. The tiredness has eased up noticeably and I'm not finding strands all over the shower anymore. Wish I'd picked them up sooner.

I started taking these around week six because the tiredness was relentless, and they seem to take the edge off a bit. Only thing is the tablets are on the large side, so I split them with breakfast to get them down easier.
