Ultra Zink

I started taking these during a rough winter and haven't had my usual string of colds this year, which says a lot. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, and I've kept up the habit for four months now.

My skin and nails have been looking noticeably better since I started taking these about six weeks ago. The tablets are small enough to swallow without any trouble, which matters to me because I've struggled with bigger pills before.
