Feroglobin Liquid Plus

The liquid form is so much easier to take than tablets, especially on mornings when I'm running late. Iron and folate combined in one spoonful, and after a few weeks my energy through the afternoon feels steadier.

I've been dragging all afternoon for weeks and my doctor suggested an iron supplement, so I tried this liquid since pills bother my stomach. Two weeks in, the 4pm slump isn't hitting nearly as hard, and the folate angle is a nice bonus. It's easy to take, too.
