Perfectil Hair

I started taking these mainly for my hair since it's the one thing the regular multivitamin didn't target. Two tablets a day with breakfast, and around week six I noticed way less breakage when brushing. My nails seem stronger too, which I didn't expect.

Three months in and the shedding in my brush has dropped off noticeably, plus my nails aren't peeling like they used to. I take one tablet with breakfast and haven't had any stomach issues at all. Wish the bottle lasted longer for the price, but the results speak for themselves.
