Ultra Cod Liver Oil

My doctor suggested a cod liver oil with added vitamins, and this one fit the bill without the fishy aftertaste I dreaded. The capsules go down easy with breakfast and I've noticed fewer afternoon crashes.

I've been taking these for about three months now and my afternoon energy crashes are pretty much gone. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any fishy aftertaste, which was my main worry. Nice to get the omega-3 and vitamins in one pill instead of juggling three bottles.
