Ultra 蔓越莓

I've been taking these for a couple of months and my urinary tract has felt noticeably calmer. The proanthocyanidins from the Canadian cranberries are the main reason I picked these over juice, which was way too sugary for me.

The cranberry tablets are easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I'm not great with big pills. Only thing is I wish the bottle said how much Proanthocyanidins you get per tablet, had to look it up myself.
