Ultra Folic Acid

I was dragging every afternoon until I started these, and now the slump is basically gone. The B12 alongside the folate seems to be doing the heavy lifting there.

I take one with breakfast since the B12 combo actually seems to help with that mid-afternoon slump, though the tablets are a bit chalky if you don't swallow them fast. Been about six weeks and my energy is steadier, just wish the bottle came with more than a month's supply.
