My nails used to peel and split constantly, but three weeks into these tablets they're noticeably stronger. It's an easy add to my morning routine and I like that it covers hair and general health too, not just skin.

I've been taking these for about two months and my nails definitely seem less brittle, which was my main reason for trying them. The tablets are on the large side, so I usually take them with breakfast to make it easier.
