The evening primrose oil in these has honestly made a difference to my skin, which I wasn't expecting from a multivitamin. I take one with breakfast and don't get that mid-afternoon slump anymore.

I've been taking this for a couple months now and the evening primrose oil seems to be doing something for my skin, which is why I keep buying it. The capsules are a bit large to swallow, but I've gotten used to taking them with breakfast.
