Ultra Omega 3·6·9

I've been trying to get more omega 3, 6, and 9 into my diet without eating fish constantly, and having all three in one capsule solved that for me. I just take it with breakfast and that's it.

Taking one capsule a day is easy enough to actually stick with, and I like that I'm getting the 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids together instead of juggling three separate bottles. Been about two months now and my skin and joints feel a bit better, though that could just be the summer. No fishy aftertaste ei
