Jointace Kollagen

The combo of glucosamine, chondroitin and Type 2 collagen is exactly what my physio suggested for my knees, and two months in the morning stiffness has eased off noticeably. Tablets are a bit large but easy to swallow with water.

After about six weeks of taking these, my knees don't ache on the stairs the way they used to. I like that it has glucosamine and chondroitin along with the type 2 collagen instead of just one thing. The tablets are a bit big but I've gotten used to swallowing them.
