Ultra Magnesium

I've been taking these for about a month now, and the difference in my late-afternoon energy dip is honestly noticeable. The tablet size is reasonable, so it doesn't feel like a chore to take one with breakfast.

The tablets are easy enough to swallow and I like that the dose is clearly listed on the label, but I haven't noticed much of a difference after three weeks. Might just be me expecting too much too soon.
