Ultra Vitamin D 3000IU

One tablet a day and I'm not dragging through the dark months anymore. The 3000 IU dose means I only need the single pill instead of doubling up on the weaker ones I used to take.

My levels were low all winter so my doctor suggested 3000IU instead of the usual 1000. These tablets are small enough to swallow without gagging and I've taken one every morning for three months. Bloodwork came back in range, so I'm sticking with them.
