Taking one tablet a day instead of juggling three separate bottles has been a small but welcome change to my morning routine. I like that it covers general health and vision together, so there's nothing extra to remember.

My optician suggested I try these since I was already taking a separate multivitamin and didn't want to double up. Nice that one tablet covers both the general health stuff and eye support, so my routine is simpler now. Been on them about two months and I'll keep going.
