Two months into taking these daily and I've noticed my energy levels staying steadier through the workday. The tablets are easy to swallow and don't have that chalky aftertaste some supplements leave. Nice to finally have something aimed at men for this stage instead of just guessing.

My wife and I decided to start trying this year, so I picked these up since they're formulated specifically for men's fertility rather than a generic multivitamin. Two months in and no complaints so far, the tablets are easy to swallow and I take one with breakfast.
