I'm 54 and these have become the one supplement I actually remember to take every morning. They're vegetarian tablets, which matters to me, and they cover a lot of the vitamins I know I'm not getting from my diet alone. Six months in my energy levels feel steadier through the afternoon.
The vegetarian tablet is easy to swallow and I like that it's aimed specifically at women over 50 rather than a generic formula. That said, after two months I can't honestly say I've noticed any real difference in my energy or wellbeing, so it's hard to justify the price.
