Cardioace Max

I've been taking these for about two months and the plant sterols plus omega-3 combo was exactly what I was looking for in one capsule instead of juggling three bottles. Easy to swallow and no fishy aftertaste, which I was bracing for.

My doctor suggested something with plant sterols and omega-3 for my cholesterol, and this one covers both in a single capsule. Been taking it about three months now and my latest bloodwork looked better, so I'm sticking with it. The capsules are a bit large but go down fine with water.
