Jointace Omega-3

I've been taking these capsules daily for about two months and my joints feel noticeably less stiff after long hikes. Taking one with breakfast has become an easy habit, and I like that it combines omega-3 with vitamins instead of needing separate bottles.

My knees used to ache after morning runs, but since starting these omega-3 capsules a couple months ago I barely notice it anymore. The combination of vitamins and trace minerals seems to actually do something, and I like that it's just one capsule a day instead of a handful of pills.
