Ultra Lycopeen

I've been trying to get more lycopene in my diet but tomatoes every day got old fast, so these tablets are an easy swap. 15mg per tablet feels like a solid amount and I like that it comes from the same pigment found in pink grapefruit and peppers.

The 15mg dose is convenient since I'd never eat that many tomatoes in a day, but the tablets are pretty large and I have to split them to swallow. Been taking it a month and honestly can't tell much difference yet.
