Started taking these tablets about two months ago and my energy through the afternoon slump is noticeably better. The pills are small enough to swallow without gagging, which was my main worry with a daily supplement.

Three weeks in and I do feel a bit more steady through the afternoon slump, which is when I usually crash. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, though I wish the bottle said whether to take them with food.
