Cinafen Cinnamon and Fenugreek

The two-in-one combo saves me from swallowing separate cinnamon and fenugreek pills every morning, which honestly got old fast. Tablets go down easy with water and I've noticed my mid-afternoon sugar cravings aren't as loud lately.

I've been taking these for about six weeks now, one tablet with breakfast, and my mid-afternoon crashes have pretty much leveled out. The combo of cinnamon and fenugreek is what sold me since I was already using both as teas separately.
