Osteocare Original

My doctor suggested a calcium supplement since I don't eat much dairy, and these tablets have been easy to keep up with daily. The original formula is straightforward and the tablets aren't too big to swallow. Two months in and my levels look good at my last checkup.

I've been taking these for about three months now and my bloodwork finally came back in the normal range for calcium. The tablets are a bit large, but they go down fine with a full glass of water.
