My doctor said I needed more vitamin D, so I grabbed these since they're vegan and gluten free. The gummies actually taste decent, not chalky like the tablets I tried before, and 1000 IU per chew makes it easy to remember. Two months in and my levels are finally back in range.
I've been taking one of these every morning with breakfast and the 1000 IU dose is just right for me. The gummies are vegan and gluten free, which was the main reason I switched, and they actually taste good instead of chalky.
